Immediate Blessings

Today, I randomly offered some help to our neighbors who are moving. As I helped them pack stuff, they were dragging out a huge bag of cloth diapers with covers and all. They wanted to get rid of them, and somehow I ended up with the big bag. They are in great condition, and they were free. So, I'm totally thrilled that I can now try out cloth diapering with 0 cost to me. We'll see how it goes. These look pretty good and like I can easily use them and make adjustments if they're not perfect. I'm excited at how quickly the blessing from service can kick in. Now I wonder what would have come my way if I could have gotten over myself and called my visiting teacher back who wanted my help. (I didn't call her back because, well, I'm still working on overcoming some negative feelings towards that person, who I felt was nowhere to be found in our hour of need).

Let me know how they work. I am thinking about trying it out with Avery since her bum is so sensitive.

That's cool! What kind are they? How are they working out so far?

Joe and Steph have those and they are really neat.

I loved using cloth diapers of the cheap type in my era and they saved about $85 a month, which I liked.

Did you get the world's most awesome washing machine? Good. You will have no trouble with cleaning and residues.

I love how cool you are about service. Believe me, if I were less than generous to someone, I would not share that. All you would have heard from me would have been the blessings I got for being the good one. That is one thing I really like about you, Fran, you tell it like it is.
